Institu\u00e9e par le professeur John Dunmore, cette distinction est d\u00e9cern\u00e9e par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Alliances Fran\u00e7aises de Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande pour saluer une contribution exceptionnelle \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019influence fran\u00e7aise dans le Pacifique \u2013 qu\u2019elle s\u2019exprime \u00e0 travers la langue, la culture, l\u2019histoire ou la science.<\/p>\n
