The predominance of local law

The Alliances françaises are associations under local law. 8 000 voluntary members- well known people of the country- make up the Board of Directors. To support them, the French government deploys approximately 230 officials for the management positions. As for the 12 000 employees - including teachers - they are employed under a local contract.

In the section on «Posting in Alliance », you will find the procedure for application for a post which comes within this system.
