International SeminarOnce a year, the Fondation Alliance française brings the Alliances françaises together at Paris. This meet is a unique opportunity for exchanges between directors and Presidents the world over.
Thus everyone working in cities, countries, different continents, all have the possibility to confront their experiences, ask questions and share their best practices. The international seminar also offers a time for meeting for those involved in the network and institutional, political, members of civil French-speaking countries, artists, etc. Discussions have a transversal theme for three days : dialogue of cultures in 2007, linguistic diversity and North-South dialogue in 2008. In 2009, the international seminar took place from 27 to 29 January 2009, giving priority to the geo-strategy of languages. Different seminars lead to the publication of reports.
